Good news for sleepy heads
This may be the best news if you were looking for an excuse for 'apprently' sleeping too much! This article 'sleep more and stay slim' explains it.
The latest studies show that if you don't sleep for least 7 hours in the night you are at a higher risk of gaining weight. And here I was assuming that losing sleep will result in you losing weight. Not that I used sleep deprivation as a weight loss method!
Well, now that I know this, I wont have to worry about losing weight when I have to stay up late 😉
