There were 20 software project managers aboard a new auto-flying airplane that was being tested. Each one of them was told that the aircrafts auto pilot system was developed by their teams.
The organizers were thrilled and was very happy to see that at least one manager had faith in his team. So they approached him and congratulated him. Then the Project Manager responded; “Don’t congratulate me. If it was my team that developed this auto pilot system, this plane won’t even take off!”
Now that is CONFIDENCE!
